We work closely with a small number of technical companies that need experienced sales engineering and product marketing support without hiring a full-time team.
Technical sales support
2 to 3 days per week working alongside your sales, product marketing, and customer success teams.
We usually find that a three-month initial engagement gives us enough time to learn the product, support the team, and make the work repeatable.

- Positioning and product marketing
- Discovery and qualification

The engagement flexes around the work that matters most each month, from improving the product story to supporting real customer conversations.
- Product context. Learn the product, market, ideal customers, audiences, and use cases in enough depth to be useful.
- Product marketing. Improve positioning, messaging, competitive context, and the story the team tells to different buyers.
- Sales engineering. Support discovery, qualification, demos, technical objections, and customer-facing conversations.
- Evaluations and POCs. Create focused evaluation plans with clear questions, evidence, owners, timelines, and success criteria.
- Enablement. Build practical playbooks, demo guidance, and resources the team can use without relying on one person.
- Customer handovers. Carry goals, requirements, risks, commitments, and context from the sales process into customer success.

Clear boundaries keep the partnership useful and make sure the work stays focused on technical sales, product marketing, and customer outcomes.

- Quota-carrying sales ownership
- Lead generation, outbound, or paid advertising
- Full-time content, design, or video production
